Phil Amos and Erik Troe met as teammates at North Central College in 2019. Bound by shared faith, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for automotive excellence, they spent years analyzing the world's greatest machines before merging their visions into one bold mission — Atromos Automotive.

Chief Executive Officer
Phil Amos is a North Central College alumnus, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with High Honors (2019). With a deep professional background in business administration, Phil has worked alongside family-owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations — developing innovative solutions and driving impactful community movements throughout the Chicagoland area.

Since 2022, Phil has been rigorously analyzing the world's most successful racing cars, road cars, and aircraft — studying the aerodynamic and engineering principles behind their triumphs. That research became the foundation for the 3022-horsepower Atromos Arcturus, a hypercar built to demonstrate the full potential of the combustion engine and environmentally friendly biofuels.
Phil has committed 10% of all Arcturus profits directly to charity, and aims to use Atromos to forge partnerships, competitions, and community events that uncover America's untapped talent and lift those in need across the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Erik Troe's background is rooted in technology, strategy, and innovation — with deep experience across web development, digital systems, branding, and organizational growth. Since entering the automotive and entrepreneurial space, Erik has focused on building the platforms, partnerships, and infrastructure capable of turning ambitious ideas into measurable reality.

In 2024, alongside Phil Amos, Erik co-launched Atromos with a vision far greater than building a hypercar company — a movement that merges engineering excellence, advanced aerodynamics, performance artistry, and American ingenuity into one unified mission, embodied by the 3022-horsepower Atromos Arcturus.
Erik is passionate about building opportunities for the next generation of creators, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Through upcoming automotive projects, competitions, charity initiatives, and community-driven events throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond, he aims to create a lasting impact that reaches far beyond the automotive world.
